There are talking animals that live in Redwall Abbey, where everything is peaceful. Until, that is, a huge band of rats, lead by the infamous Cluny the Scourge, unleash war on the Abbey. Meanwhile, the young mouse named Matthias struggles to accept that he is destined to be the next defender/warrior of Redwall.
